    Susanne Rappaport and Clare O'Brien discuss tools in the Slate Valley Museum's collection with William "Doc" Williams. He talks about slate trimming in the Welsh and American traditions. He encountered some tools that he did not recognize. Clare O'Brien mentions that the Welsh had to bring tools with them from Wales because they were not allowed to bring blueprints of tools from the Welsh quarries.
